Courtney Knight, RMT

Registered Massage Therapy

Courtney blends a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal with a practical, down-to-earth approach to care. She enjoys helping people move and feel better through personalized treatments that focus on long-term wellness rather than quick fixes. Her style integrates relaxation, movement, and breath to encourage natural release and restore balance.

After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2002, Courtney built her practice in Whistler—originally planning to stay for a year and never leaving. Over two decades later, she remains passionate about supporting her local community through massage therapy. In addition to her RMT work, she holds a diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from BCIT (2010), an experience that strengthened her empathy and understanding of the human body.

Courtney loves working with clients managing sports-related injuries and chronic conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. She believes in honest, sustainable treatment that helps clients reach their goals without overtreatment.

Outside the clinic, Courtney can be found hiking and biking in the mountains (though she’s proudly among Whistler’s 3% of non-skiers). A book-loving mom of two, she’s grateful to balance family, movement, and a career that continues to inspire her every day.

“I LOVE what I do and I LOVE helping people so I like to leave space in my practice for people who are there to work with me, not have me just work on them.” – Courtney Knight

  • Book recommendations, living in Whistler without skiing, or anything to do with injury recovery and body mechanics.

  • Hiking the trails in summer or on Blackcomb when time is short. I’m part of the 3% of locals who don’t ski — but I love being in the mountains all the same.

  • Sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and recovery from overuse or repetitive strain. I’m passionate about collaborative care and working alongside other practitioners to support my clients’ overall wellness.
