Jennifer Palmer, R.Ac

Traditional Acupuncture

Jennifer has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture for over 20 years. Her clinical focus includes fertility and women’s health, pain management and injury recovery, as well as support for insomnia, stress, anxiety, and depression. She also integrates Low-Level Laser Therapy into her treatments — a gentle, needle-free modality ideal for pain, inflammation, and nervous system support.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Lethbridge before pursuing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Victoria, BC. She completed her training at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2001.

When she’s not in clinic, you’ll find Jennifer enjoying time with her family, walking her dogs through the forest, curled up with a good book, or sharing meaningful moments with friends. She does her best to live a life that is healthy, strong, and balanced.

Jennifer is deeply grateful to share her knowledge and to witness the healing that happens when we tap into the body’s innate wisdom — returning to balance, with ease and grace.

"With ease and grace is a motto I live by (or do my best to). We need to greet ourselves with ease and grace when faced with challenges be them physical, mental, or emotional. I feel TCM/acupuncture allows us the space to come into balance, to heal, to reset, to be - allowing us to heal.” -Jennifer Palmer
