Warren Hitzig is a highly experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. He specializes in treating musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, and cranial-vertebral-sacral conditions, helping patients restore balance and activate the body’s innate healing mechanisms through precise hands-on treatment, education, and lifestyle guidance.

Warren holds a Diploma in Osteopathy from the Canadian College of Osteopathy (2013–2017) and brings a strong foundation in prosthetic and orthotic education from George Brown College (2003-2005). He is deeply committed to lifelong learning and advanced osteopathic education. He completed a prestigious five-year Fellowship Program in the Evolution of Osteopathic Theory (EVOST) in Maaseik, Belgium (2020–2025), with extensive training at Morphologicum in physiology, embryology, visceral studies, and clinical physiology. Warren continues his advanced studies in Biodynamic Osteopathy with James Jealous (2022–present) and has served as a Teaching Assistant for Jane Stark in Fascia and other osteopathic courses. He has also trained under internationally recognized osteopaths, including Eric Sanderson, Dr. Emmanuel Frantzis, Max Gérardin, and Jean-Paul Höppner.

In addition to his clinical work at Creekside Health in Vancouver, Warren serves as Dean of the BC Campus for the Academy of Progressive Osteopathy. His academic contributions include a thesis in a pre-post pilot study on sensory testing using Semmes-Weinstein monofilaments. He integrates a wide range of approaches in his practice, including Biodynamic Osteopathy, cranial and cranial-vertebral-sacral therapy, visceral and embryological techniques, muscle energy methods, orthopedic assessment, and functional rehabilitation.

Warren’s philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where patients can reconnect with their body’s natural capacity to heal. Through ongoing advanced training and a holistic, integrative approach, he remains at the forefront of osteopathic practice, delivering thoughtful and effective care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Outside the clinic, Warren enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife and their fur family.

“To find health should be the object of the doctor. Anyone can find disease.” Dr. Andrew T. Still, 1828-1917

  • Ask me about my favourite dirt biking trail in Squamish. Or, how I broke 10 vertebra - yes - 10, hahaha!

  • Blackcomb - ALL day everyday.

  • There is no condition in particular as every individual is unique. I like treating all conditions.
