Clinical Counsellor

I work from a holistic lens, focusing on the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I help clients open their eyes to blind spots and new perspectives while connecting with their internal sensations in a safe, non-judgmental, and curious way. My goal is to be your ally and walk with you through deep emotions and toward growth and a life filled with meaning. I will collaborate with you to utilize the tools and skills that will help you maximize your potential. Everyone’s tool kit is unique to them, I will work with you to be the person you wish to be.
