    The Whistler Community Services Society (WCSS) provides local, community-based support. Their outreach workers can help with mental health concerns, housing support, food security, substance use challenges, and connections to local resources. They offer confidential, one-on-one assistance to help individuals and families navigate challenges and access the services they need.

  • Kelty’s Key is a free, online therapy resource created by Vancouver Coastal Health. It provides guided cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) modules that you can work through at your own pace. These tools can help you build practical coping strategies for depression, anxiety, stress, and other common mental health challenges.
