Dr. Barbara Kozminski

Dr. Barbara Kozminski is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R, Physiatry), focusing on spine, sports, pain, and musculoskeletal care. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington in 2023, followed by fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis in 2025.

Dr. Kozminski is dedicated to helping patients regain optimal function and get back to the activities that bring them health, purpose, and joy. Her practice focuses on non-surgical, evidence-based management for subacute and chronic musculoskeletal, spine, peripheral nerve, and sports-related conditions as well as pelvic and perinatal conditions. Her clinical expertise includes ultrasound-guided joint, nerve, and muscle injections.
